Entry to the quiz

There is no entry fee. No payment is taken at any point in order to register or to play.
Because nothing is paid, no refund arises in connection with entering the quiz.

Prizes are awarded in kind. They are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
A declined or unused prize is not refundable and no cash alternative is offered.
If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value rather than refund it.

The coupon is a discount against a future booking. It has no cash value and is not refundable.
If a booking made using the coupon is cancelled, the coupon is not reissued unless the cancellation was caused by us.

This policy covers the quiz only. Any holiday you book and pay for with Dream Holiday Accra is governed by the booking terms and the cancellation rules of the airline, hotel or supplier concerned.
Where a refund is due on a paid booking, it is processed to the original payment method once the supplier releases the funds to us. Supplier cancellation charges and any non-refundable components are deducted.
Service and processing fees already incurred are not refundable.
