Who we are

What we collect
- The details you type into the registration form: your name, mobile number, company name, email address, and your home state in India.
- Your quiz result: score, completion time and rank.
- Basic technical information recorded automatically when you submit the form: the date and time, and your IP address. This is used to spot duplicate and automated entries.
Why we collect it
- To register you, confirm your entry, and send you the quiz link and reminders.
- To calculate the leaderboard and identify winners.
- To issue your participation certificate and coupon.
- To contact you about Dream Holiday travel offers, where you have agreed to that at registration.
Our basis for using it
- Your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the registration form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
- Our email delivery provider, purely so that the confirmation, reminder and certificate emails reach you.
- Nobody else. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third-party advertisers.
How long we keep it
- Twelve months from the date of the quiz, after which the registration list is deleted.
- Sooner, if you ask us to remove you.
What you can ask for
- A copy of the details we hold about you.
- Correction of anything that is wrong.
- Deletion of your details.
- To stop receiving messages from us. Every email we send has an unsubscribe option, and you can leave the WhatsApp group at any time.
- Write to marketing@dreamholiday.travel and we will act within 30 days.
Cookies
- This registration page does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
- Registration data is stored on our own hosting with access restricted to the Dream Holiday marketing team.
- No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
